DRAFTSPERSON
Simplex Industries, Inc. a leader in the modular home industry is seeking an experienced draftsperson in residential housing. Modular experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to produce technical drawings for permitting and construction in a fast paced environment. Individual must be motivated have a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must, 3D Drafting, BIM technology a plus, Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ Work/Outlook is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
