The Diocese of Scranton is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant in the Diocesan Catholic Schools Office. This position requires a customer service driven individual with a minimum of three (3) years of high level administrative support experience; knowledge of school administration and operations a plus. The successful candidate must be a team player with computer proficiency in Microsoft programs and database management; strong organizational and oral/written communication skills; an attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Applicants must also possess a demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic Church's teachings, mission, vision and values.
