As a Benefits Account Executive, you are responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional customer service. You will create proposals and quotes and work with agents to review and analyze client benefit plan designs and recommend benefit plan updates. You are responsible for preparing open enrollment materials and presentations.
Qualifications needed:
Minimum of 4 years of relevant health insurance experience, preferably with a carrier or group insurance agency
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently
Health and life license helpful but not required
Demonstrated ability to
effectively interact with and provide customer service to
individuals and groups to achieve desired results
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite products
Proven ability to analyze an
issue/problem and make
recommendations for an effective and efficient resolution
