Duties include security; interior and exterior, general maintenance & cleaning, grass cutting, snow blowing. Must maintain lawn & snow equipment. Candidate must have general, mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge. Good Communications and problem solving skills with a High School diploma or equivalent are required. An in depth background check is required for all occupants 16 years of age or older. Compensation is a 1500 sq. ft., two bedroom apartment, washer, dryer and partial utilities. There is a $4,800 annual stipend paid semi-monthly and also additional compensation for setting up & cleanup of special events. No pets or smoking. Families welcome.
