We have an immediate opening
for an experienced and reliable MASONRY RESTORATION SPECIALIST
You will work on a variety
of commercial jobs as a
PROJECT LEAD
Tasks could include repointing / caulking / cleaning / patching
of masonry, brick, block, stone,
concrete, EIFS / stucco. Other tasks include the application
of waterproof repellents, paints
and other specialty coatings.
You must be prepared to travel to job sites and work outdoors in
an area covering the counties
including and surrounding
Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties. You must be comfortable working of aerial lifts, scissor lifts, pipe and swing scaffolding
and ladders. You will occasionally be required to transport job
materials in a company vehicle.
Additional duties include
keeping an accurate daily
construction journal and
supervision of other personnel.
The successful candidate
will possess a valid drivers license and should be able to pass
a background check to work
at certain facilities.
Compensation to be expected
in the $40/hr range, based upon
experience and mutually agreed upon before employment begins.
