The Republican-Herald is seeking a full-time customer service representative to join our circulation department.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, pleasant individual with the ability to provide world-class customer service to our readers. This requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multi-task.
Customer contact is primarily through inbound phone calls, but also includes occasional text chats, email correspondence, and in-person contact with walk-in customers.
Hours are primarily Sunday mornings and Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm, but some flexibility is necessary.
The customer service representative position offers an hourly rate plus an incentive program.
The Republican-Herald is a member of Times-Shamrock Communications, a private, family-owned media company.
