The Jessup Borough Department of Public Works is now accepting applications for a Temporary Seasonal Laborer position. The successful candidate will be required to cut grass, weed whack, general landscaping tasks, pothole repairs, installation of signs and posts, minor building maintenance, park facilities maintenance, and assisting the Public Works department with various other tasks as assigned by management. Temporary Seasonal laborers are expected to perform manual labor including repetitive lifting, pulling, carrying, and standing, in all weather conditions.
The position is 40 hours per week and is non-union, non-benefit eligible. This position is temporary through the summer months. Salary commensurate with experience.
