Seeking reliable caretaker for lake property located in the Waymart area of Wayne County. This property encompasses two seasonal homes sharing dock & boathouse. One property with in-ground pool. The ideal candidate must demonstrate needed skills to perform general maintenance, light plumbing and electrical work. The position is full-time May through September and allows for part-time help during this period. The candidate is required to visit the property three times per week October through April and perform any minor maintenance needed during this time.
