Located in the Mid-Valley Area
Nine Story Senior High Rise Apartment Building Looking For Someone With Basic Knowledge of all Aspects of Taking Care of Apartment.
Job Involves Apartment Turnover, Daily Maintenance Repairs, Cleaning, Lawn Care, and Snow Removal. Must Be Physically Able to Move Heavy Appliances. Must Have Reliable Transportation and a Valid Drivers License is Required.
Hours are From Monday Thru Friday From 8:30-4:30. Plus be on Call Every Other Week.
Salary will Range from 12-15 Per Hour Depending on experience. We Offer Holiday, Sick, and Vacation time as well as Personal Time.
