BILLING DIRECTOR
The Billing Director manages
the daily operations of the
Authority's Billing Department
and is responsible for directing, monitoring and reporting all billing and revenue collections.

The following credentials
are desired:
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
• Five (5) years experience in Billing, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Five (5) years customer service.
• Public utility service
experience is desired.
• Relevant experience
may substitute for educational
requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
accounting software is desirable.
