The United States District Court, Middle District of PA, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of full-time Courtroom Deputy I.

The Courtroom Deputy I provides administrative and operational support to a United States District Judge. The position is based in the Scranton Office and reports to the Operations Supervisor, as well as to the assigned Judicial Officer. Duties include managing the Judge's caseload, attending and logging court proceedings, processing orders and recording proceedings, acting as liaison with the Judge's staff, Clerk's Office staff, the bar, the public and other agencies, and performs a full range of administrative and court related functions.
