MAINTENANCE
POSITION

SHIFT: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Sunday - Thursday

JOB DESCRIPTION/
QUALIFICATIONS:
To provide all students and staff with a physical learning environment that is safe, clean, functional and attractive.

1.Demonstrated skills in areas of carpentry, plumbing and mechanical functions with specific demonstrated knowledge and abilities in electrical applications. Trade school and/or successful work experience in above areas preferred.
2.Good physical condition with the ability to lift and carry materials.
3.Valid Pennsylvania Drivers License.
4.Ability to work from oral or written instructions, sketches or drawings.

PERFORMANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Primary District representative on campus during shift.
2.Manage and handle all preparation and tasks related to games, extracurricular activities, practices, meetings and events that occur after school hours.
3.Perform and carry out any and all maintenance tasks
4.Perform security and safety checks daily and travel around the campus of the District and screen/vet all individuals and/or groups on property.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve-month year. Salary and benefits in accordance with collective bargaining agreement.
