Office Manager * Nevarc Electric
Looking for the right person, not just any person.
Nevarc Electric is a busy electrical contracting company seeking a sharp, organized Office Manager
to keep projects, payroll, and paperwork on track. This is part-time (16*24 hrs/week) to start,
with room to grow to full-time.
In construction, details matter and deadlines are real * accountability is a key part of doing the
job right.
You*ll be a great fit if you:
- Are organized and detail-focused
- Have strong organizational and filing capabilities (digital and paper)
- Can keep multiple tasks moving without dropping the ball
- Take accountability for your work * and own both successes and mistakes
- Are comfortable learning new tools (including AI!)
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Are proficient with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe (for PDFs)
What You*ll Do:
- Payroll and hours tracking (WePay Payroll + QuickBooks Online)
- Paying bills & handling mail
- Vendor quotes & job tracking in Excel
- Preparing, editing, and organizing PDF documents using Adobe
- Communicating with insurance and bonding agents
- Maintaining organized digital and paper filing systems
- General office organization
- Electrical invoice billing
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $22.50 * $28.00/hour (depending on healthcare needs and experience)
